Panama firm upgrades wealth management technology

Financial Pacific goes live with IPBS' wealthy-client-support applications. Panamanian asset manager Financial Pacific has turned to Nassau, Bahamas-based private-banking operations software maker International Private Banking Systems to help it expand its wealth management capabilities.

"We were aware of IPBS's growing reputation in the regional market where they have established themselves as a key provider of private banking and wealth management solutions," says Ivan Clare, general manager and executive v.p. of Financial Pacific, "Once we had made the decision to proceed with IPBS, the speed with which we have gone live is testament to the quality of their solutions and also the team at IPBS."
Financial Pacific has gone live with IPBS' Business Manager, Investments, e-banking and e-trading applications.
